Following the passage of Tropical Storm Imelda, BPL offices in the Northwest and Central Bahamas will reopen Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 8:00 a.m.

Islands reopening: Abaco, Andros, Bimini, Eleuthera, Exuma, New Providence, San Salvador.

Customers are encouraged to use the Service Hub for reporting outages or damage and join BPL Direct on WhatsApp for restoration updates.
