Understanding the ERA
The ERA is designed to encourage customers to conserve and use energy efficiently while creating a fairer distribution of costs based on consumption.
Why This Matters to You
The new rates encourage you to save energy and use it more efficiently.
The less you use, the more you save.
This adjustment means a more balanced distribution of energy costs based on how much you consume, ensuring fairer rates for all.
