I am the bookkeeper for a customer that has a new property and we received a copy of a bill for the new property that was emailed to us by Latoya S. Lightbourne-Cooper because we were unable to obtain access to the new account online. the bill is due 12/21/2019 and needs to be paid. The payment will be coming from the US.
We have not been able to set up and/or register an account online (the log in and pin are not working on your website.) we have emailed customer service and have not heard back.
since the online set up is not working, We need assistance with the online set up and need to know the options for getting the bill paid. the Phone numbers we tried calling (on the bill and for Latoya directly) are not recognized, so the calls will not go through.
