Can you tell me WHO to contact in reference to our BPL Service to be able to ask IMPORTANT questions about out service for the past 35 years?? Is ther a HEAD PERSON in charge? Could you give me any contact information to be able to write an email to them?
We have already contacted Mr Carlton Taylor on Exuma and that was not high enough on the ‘chain of command’ to get any answers.
Thank you,
Esther Taylor / Exuma, Bahamas 242-358-4080

WOULD YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY A SENIOR CLERK IN YOUR BILLING DEPT HAS TO PERSONALLY SUPPLY A CUSTOMER A PIN IN ORDER TO PAY THEIR ELECTRIC BILL. YOUR NEW DESIGNED SYSTEM SHOULD PROVIDE THAT REQUIRED PIN AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT HUMAN INTERVENTION AFTER ASKING AS SECURITY QUESTION OR TWO . THE SYSTEM ALREADY GIVES ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT TO REVIEW THE BILL, BUT DOES NOT LET YOU PAY THE BILL WITHOUT A PIN. A CHANGE IN YOUR SYSTEM WOULD IMPROVE CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND ALLOW YOUR SENIOR CLERK TO WORK MORE EFFICIENTLY ON SOMETHING MORE IMPORTANT THAT PIN’S.
