1. When and where is the party?
JolliFete, the 2022 Annual Corporate Holiday Party will be held at the Fusion Superplex Courtyard on Friday, December 16 from 7:00PM- 1:00AM
2. Am I allowed to bring a guest?
The Holiday Party is intended for employees only to allow for fellowship and celebration of the hard work completed within the year. All attendees will be required to provide their BPL-issued ID for verification.
3. What is the dress code?
The JolliFete dress code is Festive Casual. (Holiday or Bright Colors. Dressy, but comfortable enough to dance the night away!)
4. What is a JolliFete?
Simply put, a Jolly Fete is a “Happy Party” for the Holidays. Attendees are advised that there will be no paint, powder, water, foam, etc. at this party. Just non-stop entertainment and good vibes.
5. Do I have to pay for anything?
The Holiday Party comes at no expense to employees. However, Fusion Superplex will be open and should you wish to enjoy any of the facility’s amenities outside of the party venue, you are free to do so at your own expense.
6. What about Vegans or Vegetarians?
JolliFete will feature an expertly curated holiday spread with options for meat eaters and non-meat eaters alike. If you are vegan/vegetarian, please indicate so in our RSVP Form to allow the food and beverage team to prepare the appropriate numbers for our dinner selection.
7. Will there be adequate parking and security at Fusion?
The safety of our employees is of paramount importance. The facility provides parking and security and will be further supplemented by BPL Security personnel.
8. Will there be raffle prizes this year?
We will have a number of raffle drawings at the Holiday Party with exciting prizes. Only employees will be eligible to receive raffle tickets upon entry and win. (Our tip: Come early for more chances to win!)
9. Who will entertain us at the party?
We will enjoy the sounds of DJ Pencil from 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM with a high energy performance from the Visage Band at 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM. Bring your rag, flag or just yourself. This will be a night you won’t want to miss.
