1If you are stopping your service…
Once we have processed your request, we will schedule a reading of your electric meter for the day you have asked for your service to end. If you have a balance due on your account, we will apply funds from your deposit to pay your final bill. We will then send you a cheque for any remaining deposit funds. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your cheque to arrive.
